The fabrication process
Four steps from measurement to installation.
No guesswork on site and no surprises on the invoice. The geometry is agreed on paper before the first cut.
- Step 01
Measure & Draw
We take real dimensions on site, then produce a shop drawing so rise, run, span and spacing are agreed before fabrication begins.
- Step 02
Fabricate
Cut, formed and welded in our Anna, Texas shop. Joints are fitted and checked as assemblies, not as loose parts.
- Step 03
Finish
Ground smooth and powder coated, galvanized or sealed, so the material you see on site is the material you approved.
- Step 04
Install & Hand Over
Fitted, aligned and fixed on site by the same team that built it, with a walkthrough of how to care for the finish.
